Document Annotations

To annotate/mark up a document, tap on the Pencil icon in the top right corner.

On the left, a sidebar will appear that has multiple options to mark up a document. From top to bottom is Drawing, Signature, Notes, and Rectangle Area.

Selecting Drawing allows the selection of a markup color, line thickness, and line opacity.

Once the drawing options are selected, draw on the screen at the desired location to mark up the document.

The Signature feature enables the addition of a signature to the document. Tap on Signature, then tap on the document at the preferred location for its placement.

Add a signature to the designated signature box, then tap the green checkmark icon located in the bottom right to incorporate the signature into the document.

The signature can be relocated and/or resized after its addition to the document. Either tap and drag the signature from the center of the box to reposition it or tap and drag one of the corners of the signature box to adjust its size.

To add a Note annotation, tap on the Notes button, then tap on the document where a note should be added.

The annotation on the document can be repositioned. Tap and drag the annotation to the desired location on the document.
