To open a document, tap on the folder that contains the document that needs to be opened
Tap on the document that needs to be opened
The document is now open and can be edited as needed
To annotate/mark up a document, tap on the Pencil icon in the top right corner.
On the left, a sidebar will appear that has multiple options to mark up a document. From top to bottom is Drawing, Signature, Notes, and Rectangle Area.
Selecting Drawing allows the selection of a markup color, line thickness, and line opacity.
Once the drawing options are selected, draw on the screen at the desired location to mark up the document.
The Signature feature enables the addition of a signature to the document. Tap on Signature, then tap on the document at the preferred location for its placement.
Add a signature to the designated signature box, then tap the green checkmark icon located in the bottom right to incorporate the signature into the document.
The signature can be relocated and/or resized after its addition to the document. Either tap and drag the signature from the center of the box to reposition it or tap and drag one of the corners of the signature box to adjust its size.
To add a Note annotation, tap on the Notes button, then tap on the document where a note should be added.
Options for the appearance of the note annotation on the document, such as the icon and color, can be modified. Tap on "Add your comment..." to input the note. Upon completion, tap the back arrow next to "Note".
The annotation on the document can be repositioned. Tap and drag the annotation to the desired location on the document.
Rectangle Area functionality enables the establishment of a rectangle illustrating the scale of a specific area. Tap on Rectangle Area, then tap on the colored circle below the Rectangle Area button to configure the area's options (scale, precision, color, etc.).
Tap on the X in the top right of the popup, then tap and drag to indicate the desired area of measurement.
Tapping on the area later enables the readjustment of the size and/or editing of the associated comment.
To complete the edits to the document, tap the X on the menu to the left (if the menu is still present), then tap the back button on the device. A prompt will appear to name the edits made. Input the desired file name, then tap “SAVE”.
To complete a document with fields that can be filled out, tap on each section needing to be filled out, then fill each section out as necessary.
Once every needed field is filled out, tap the back button on the device.

To end a multi-day document, tap on the three ellipses to the right of the chosen document.
Uncheck the “Carry these edits over to next day” box.
To share a document directly from the app, tap on the three ellipses to the right of the document that needs to be shared.
Tap on “Share”.
If the document contains multiple pages, a prompt will appear, allowing the selection of either the entire document or a specific range of pages. Choose the preferred sharing option, then tap "SHARE." Another prompt will display various services for sharing, including mail and messaging apps.
