Jobs

Add Job/Job Items

To add jobs or job items to a schedule, tap the “ADD JOB(S)” button.


A list of all active jobs will appear under either “Jobs” or “Customers”. To add job items from a specific job (which will also add the job) to a schedule, tap on one of the jobs.


A list of all job items associated with that job will appear.


Tap on one or more job items to select them. If all the required items are selected, tap "ADD XX ITEMS." If additional jobs/job items are necessary, tap the back arrow next to the job name, then add more jobs/job items as required. Once all needed selections are made, tap the "ADD XX ITEMS" button.


To add a job/job item that is assigned to a specific customer, tap on “Customers” for a list of customers, then tap on the customer to add jobs/job items from. Follow the same process as adding jobs that aren’t associated with a specific customer.


Once the job items have been selected, the app will return to the Jobs screen where a list of every job that was added to the schedule will appear. To see the job details and any job items that were added, tap on one of the jobs.


The Job Details screen shows details that have been entered in to CrewTracks associated with the job, like the job description, the current job status, a Google Map of the job address, if entered, any job items associated with the schedule, etc.



Changing Job Statuses

To change the status of a job, tap on the job that needs the status change.


On the Job Details page, tap the drop-down menu next to Job Status.


A list of available statuses will appear that can be chosen from. Tap on one of the statuses to change the job to that status.



Changing Job Item Statuses

To change the status of a Job Item, in the Job Details screen, tap on a job item that shows an available status, indicated by a gray box with a white lettered status just below the Job Item name. If there isn’t a gray box with a white lettered status, then the status cannot be changed for that Job Item. For the example below, Labor doesn’t have a Job Status available, whereas Trenching does (currently in Open).


On the Job Item Details page, tap on the drop-down menu next to Job Item Status.


A list of available statuses will appear that can be chosen from. Tap on one of the statuses to change the job item to that status.
