Mobile App - Phones - 2.12. Schedules - Submitting a Schedule

Submitting a Schedule

To submit a schedule for approval, tap the three lines in the top left corner.


Swipe up on the left menu, then tap “SUBMIT SCHEDULE”.


If any employees are still clocked in, a prompt will appear that will state the employee needs to clock out before the schedule can be submitted. Clear this issue by clocking out the employee.


If any other required items on the schedule have not been completed, a prompt will appear with the missing required info. Complete the required items listed before attempting to submit the schedule.


If there are no issues to resolve, a prompt to confirm the schedule submission will appear. Tap “SUBMIT SCHEDULE” to submit the schedule for review.


Once submitted, the app will return to the Schedules screen, showing the submitted schedule in the “Past” section. Schedules in the “Past” section are viewable for up to a month.
