To allocate an individual employee’s time, tap on the employee to allocate time to.
For each job item that needs time allocated to it, tap on the job item.
A popup to allocate the needed time to the job item will appear. Tap in the “hrs” box and manually type the quantity, or use the slider to allocate time. Once the needed time has been allocated to the item, tap “SAVE”. Repeat the process on other job items if there is time for that employee to allocate.
To mass allocate time to multiple employees at once, tap the “MULTI-SELECT” button.
Tap on each employee that needs time allocated, or tap “SELECT ALL” to select all employees on the schedule. Once the needed employees are selected, tap “MASS ALLOCATE”.
Tap on the job item to mass allocate time to.
