Reports

The Reports screen has different report options based on need. These allow a quick overview of different data points, such as clock status, timelog summaries, etc.

Clock Status

The Clock Status report will give a quick overview of current clock in/out statuses for each day, showing each schedule for a selected date. Clicking on VIEW SCHEDULE will open that schedule’s Daily Report.

Timelog Summary

The Timelog Summary gives a weekly report of each employee’s logged time for a given week. Clicking on one of the blue numbers on an employee’s line will open the Daily Report for the schedule that time was associated with.

Employee Timecards

The Employee Timecards report will further breakdown where an employee has logged time across a given week. This report shows hours logged, what job items the hours were logged against, and the clock in/out and lunch times. Clicking on any of the blue numbers associated with an employee will open the Daily Report for the schedule that time was associated with.

Job Efficiency

The Job Efficiency report will show how a job is performing based on labor hours vs. budgeted labor hours, production logged vs. a production budget, and any materials used vs. material budgets. The data can be presented by selecting a start date and end date, or by selecting all time. Choose a job that the data is needed from, then choose Select to display that job’s data.

Injury Report

The Injury Report will show any injuries that were logged in CrewTracks over the last 30 days, a custom timeframe, or all time. If no injuries have been reported on any jobs, the report will appear blank. Any injuries that are reported will show which employee reported the injury, the date of the reported injury, and the option to see what schedule the injury occurred on.

Mobile Device Report

The Mobile Device Report displays any devices that have used CrewTracks over the last 30 days (considered an “Active” device) and has the option to show any devices that have connected to CrewTracks. Clicking the checkbox next to Show Inactive Devices will give the full list of devices that have connected, with inactive devices displayed in italics.
