Click on ADD NEW JOB STATUS GROUP in the top right of the Job Status Groups screen.
Job Status Group Code – A code to uniquely identify the Job Status Group.
Job Status Group Name – The name of the job status group.
Enable Job Status – Turning this setting on will enable the Job Status by default when attaching this Job Status Group to a job.
Prompt Employees To Set Job Status Each Day – When used in conjunction with the above settings, turning this option on will prompt employees to set the job status daily.
Enable Job Item Status - Turning this setting on will enable the Job Item Status by default when attaching this Job Status Group to a job item.
Prompt Employees To Set Job Item Status Each Day - When used in conjunction with the above settings, turning this option on will prompt employees to set the job item status daily.
Click on the Job Status Group line or click the VIEW button on the Job Status Group line to view the Job Status Group’s details.
The Job Status Group details page will appear with details on the selected job status group.
This section is the section of details that were filled in when the Job Status Group was initially created. Clicking the EDIT button in the top right of the section will allow those details to be edited.
The Job Statuses section has the selectable statuses for this job status group. Clicking the three dots on the right side of a status gives the option to delete that specific status. Dragging the four-line icon on the left of a status allows the statuses to be reordered. This changes the order on how the statuses appear on drop-down menus when changing the statuses and is also used in conjunction with the Status Change Mode settings.
The Job Item Statuses section has the selectable job item statuses for this job status group. Clicking the three dots on the right side of a status gives the option to delete that specific status. Choosing either EDIT OPTIONS button on Job Statuses or Job Item Statuses allows the Status Change Mode to be changed. The statuses can either be setup to be changed in sequential order (1 to 2, 2 to 3, etc.), or changed in any order as needed. Click SAVE to save any changes to these options.
Clicking either ADD NEW STATUS button on the Job Statuses or Job Item Statuses allows the creation of a new status that can be used for status changes.
Status Name – The name of the new status.
Job is Field Accessible – Turning this on will allow a job with this status to still be accessed and viewed in the field.
Job is Field Editable – Turning this on will allow a job with this status to still be editable in the field.
Crew Lead Can CHOOSE This Status – Turning this on will allow Crew Leads to choose this status.
Crew Lead Can LEAVE This Status – Turning this on will allow Crew Leads to leave this status and choose a different status.
Supervisor Can CHOOSE This Status – Turning this on will allow Supervisors to choose this status.
Supervisor Can LEAVE This Status – Turning this on will allow Supervisors to leave this status and choose a different status.
ADD USER – Any users added to this list will receive a notification whenever this status is selected. The notification can be sent via email, via in-app notification, or both.
