TAKING NOTES AND PHOTOS
Taking a Photo:
To take a photo for a specific job; tap the “TAKE PHOTO” button
Take a photo by tapping the white circle button on the right side of the screen. To flip the camera from rear facing to front facing, tap the wheel button above the white circle. To back out from taking a photo, press the “cancel” button on the lower right of the screen
Once a photo has been taken; tap the “EDIT PHOTO” button allowing for annotations, cropping, resizing and color adjustments. To retake the photo; tap the “RETAKE” button. To submit a photo, tap the “USE PHOTO” button or to cancel and discard changes click the “X” button
To review or edit the photo after submission; tap the photo icon
A photo can be modified or annotated by tapping the “EDIT” button or removed by tapping the garbage can icon
Importing Photo(s):
To import photos saved to the device; tap the “IMPORT PHOTOS” button. The device will open a photo modal allowing for the selection of multiple photos
Tap on the photo(s) to add, then tap the “IMPORT” button to add photos to the job or the “CANCEL” button to cancel the import
Adding Notes:
To add a note to a job; tap in the note text box. An onscreen keyboard will be displayed with an option for voice dictation
To add additional notes or photos; tap the “ADD NOTE” button and complete the previous steps
