To take a photo for a job, tap on “TAKE PHOTO”.
To take the photo, press the green circle shutter icon in the bottom right. To flip the camera to the other side (front-facing to rear facing, and vice versa), tap the gray camera icon in the bottom right above the green circle shutter button. To back out from taking a photo, press the X in the top right.
After taking a photo, the photo can be edited by tapping "EDIT" in the top right corner. This enables marking up the photo to enhance communication of information included in the Notes, highlighting issues/concerns, etc. If the taken photo is unsatisfactory, it can be retaken by tapping the "RETAKE" button in the bottom left. To complete the photo process, tap "USE PHOTO" in the bottom right to add it to the schedule.
To review/edit the photo after adding it to the schedule, tap on the photo.
The photo can be marked up using "EDIT" or removed from the schedule by tapping on the trash can icon next to "EDIT".
To import photos that are already saved on the device, tap the “IMPORT PHOTOS” button. The device will open its Photos section, which will allow a stored photo to be selected.
Tap on the photo(s) to add, then tap on “Add (XX)” in the bottom right, where XX is the number of selected photos.
To review/edit the photo after adding it to the schedule, tap on the photo.
To add a note to a job, tap on the "Enter note here..." section.
A popup will appear where the needed notes can be typed. Tap "SAVE" upon completing the note.
To add a separate set of notes/photos, tap on “ADD NOTE”.
A prompt will appear where the needed note can be typed in. Type in the note, then tap “SAVE” to save a new note/photo set.
Having multiple notes on a job enables the addition of specific photos for a distinct set of notes. Follow the instructions in the "Taking Photos" and "Importing Photos" sections to include any required photos for a particular note.
