To allocate an individual employee’s time; tap on the “Pencil Icon” in the appropriate Job Item column
Adjust the slider until the correct hours are displayed in the modal and tap “SAVE” to save the data or “cancel” to ignore changes. Repeat the process for all job items and employees requiring time allocation
To mass allocate time to multiple employees at once; tap the “MULTI-SELECT” button
Check each employee requiring time allocation or tap the “SELECT ALL” button to select all employees on the schedule. Once all employees are selected; tap the “MASS ALLOCATE” button
Adjust the slider until the correct hours are displayed in the modal and tap “SAVE” to save the data or “cancel” to ignore changes. Repeat the process for all job items and employees requiring time allocation
Allocate all the of time accordingly until the “Hours Unallocated” cell for each employee reads “0”
