Job Signoff

Generating Signoff Reports

To generate a signoff report, tap on the job intended for report generation.


A popup with the various parts of the schedule data will appear pre-filled out. Different sections or pieces of the report can be removed by tapping on the red "X" symbols on the right side of the piece intended for removal.


Once the report contains all the necessary information, enable the person responsible for signing off on the job to review the items and input their name into the "Enter Signer’s name here" field. Then, instruct them to tap "SIGN OFF".


They will receive a prompt to confirm they are signing off on the details. “CANCEL” will allow them to go back to have anything fixed on the report as needed. “SIGN OFF” will continue the signoff process.


Have the person sign their name and tap “ACCEPT”. Once they have signed and submitted, it cannot be edited or removed. The app will be returned to the job signoff screen.


To review the signoff report, tap on the job, then tap on the report.


Here, the data in the report can be reviewed.
