Mobile App - Phones - 2.6. Schedules - Equipment

Equipment

Add Equipment

To add equipment to a schedule, tap the “ADD EQUIPMENT” button.


Tap on the Equipment type intended for addition.


Tap each piece of equipment to be added. Use the back arrow to return to the equipment type selection for choosing more pieces of equipment from other types. Once all the desired equipment is selected, tap "ADD XX ITEMS," where "XX" is the number of pieces of equipment selected.



Allocate Time

To allocate time to a piece of equipment, tap on the equipment needed time added to it.


Tap on the job item needing equipment time assigned to it.


A popup will appear to allocate the required equipment time to the job item. Either tap in the "hrs" box and manually input the quantity or use the slider to allocate time. Once the necessary time is allocated to the item, tap "SAVE." Repeat the process for other job items and equipment if additional time allocation is required.
